おくどさんでの竈ご飯炊き(Rice cooking with a traditional pot!) 苔香居コワーキングには、歴史を感じることが出来るおくどさん（京都の方言でかまどのこと）があります。明治後期につくられた合計5基を構える立派なかまどで、今も現役で美味しいご飯を炊くことができます。 Taikoukyo Coworking has ‘Kamado’, a traditional Japanese cooking oven which has been working for more than a hundred year.
